I’ll be the first to admit I’ve been pining away for the open sign to happen at the Gramercy. If you’ve lived anytime in Vegas you’ve driven past that empty “Oz feeling” kinda building. The implosion…was a-mazing! But I’m ready already! Ready to see the inside of living quarters that stands to be the next best place to rent in Las Vegas. After my visit today, I’m not doubting it will be a popular local hangout with so much to do.
Here’s a sneak peek of the interior and a little bit of the grounds. But trust me, the pictures although nice – don’t even come close to the vibe of this property.
If we weren’t living in our Forever Home, I would hot tale it to the leasing office and put down a deposit. Why? Because this property lends a lifestyle that is fitting for our times. You get up, go to work, get off work, then were forced to think about dinner, going to maintain yourself…i.e.hair, nails. Maybe you have to stop off before work and grab a coffee or a quick bite. You can do all that “where you live”.
THE BENEFITS OF YOUR LUXURY LEASE at the Gramercy Includes: Relaxing pool and spa, barbecue grills, cozy fire pit lounge area, giant outdoor theater, state-of-the-art fitness center, direct access underground parking, pet park, plethora of guest parking, unbelievable views of the Las Vegas Strip and Mt Charleston, unique floor plans, Kenmore stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in kitchens, upgraded flooring, easy access to I-215 freeway and walking distance to great dining and entertainment.
And if that wasn’t enough, guess what will be right down the street just a little over a year? Um…IKEA. Yep!!! Seriously…I keep telling myself, forever home – forever home.
My twins absolutely love it there now. So glad they’re like these little people and we can have deep discussions now. Over a chai tea, a puzzle and books.
And just to give you a snippet of the goodness that awaits you at the Gramercy, I’ll share our newest hangout with the kids. We love the Mountain’s Edge Holly’s Cuppa, but this is our newest favorite spot for reading, socializing and catching.
I love the lighting in The Cuppa so much I’ll need to bring my big girl camera and take some good shot. These are all iPhone.
If you stop by, tell them where you heard of them from. Nothing better than word of mouth when it’s something amazing!
