If you’re looking for us this spring and you can’t find us at Legoland, we’ll be scoping out the new NinjaGo ride at Legoland!
My son: “Dude, it’s inside!”
My daughter: “Dude, it’s red!”
My son: “Dude, this ride has a different ending everytime.”
My daughter: Nu Uh….dude, I can’t wait!”
Seriously, this conversation went on for about 5 minutes. Twin talk is just like all kid talk, it’s hilarious and should always be filmed 🙂
I’ll admit I’m slightly stoked that they are using technology never experienced at any other theme park in the world, plus the rider will be able to control the outcome of their adventure through the power of their hand gestures.
So here’s how the magic goes down, through 3D imagery, high-tech sensors and the use of hand movements in a striking motion, up to four riders per car can blast animated fireballs, lightning, shockwaves and ice as they travel through dojos to master their skills before heading into battle. Doesnt’ even sound realy, right? So, the riders collect points for their training and battle efforts throughout the ride and scores are displayed when their quest is completed. 4D effects such as heat, smoke and wind are also incorporated throughout the adventure, giving guests the ultimate interactive experience.
As if that wasn’t enough, NINJAGO World features LEGO® building stations, a game to test reflexes, spinners to test balance, Asian cuisine and a new shopping venue.
