The only banana bread recipe you will need.
Ingredients

- 3 Ripe Bananas (Darker = more sugar)
- 1 Cup Sugar (For Diabetic Friendly use artificial sweetner like It’s Just)
- 1 Room Temp Egg (I prefer brown as they are richer)
- 4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter (melted and cooled)
- 1.5 Cups All-Purpose Flour (For Diabetic Friendly use Coconut, Almond or Wheat Flour)
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- .5 Teaspoon Celtic Salt (Heart Friendly but be mindful)
- 1/8 Teaspoon Ground Cloves (Optional)
- 1/8 Teaspoon Ground Ginger (Optional)
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon (Optional)
- 1/2 Cup Nuts of Choice (I prefer walnuts)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Lightly grease a 9 by 5-inch loat pan; set aside.
- In a bowl, mash bananas; you should have about 1 cup
- Beat in sugar, then egg and butter.
- In an-other bowl, , stir together flour, salt, and baking soda; add to banana mixture and stir just until all flour is moistened.
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 55 to 60 minutes
Notes
Tip: line pan with parchment paper for easy lift out.
