Description

The only banana bread recipe you will need.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°.
  2. Lightly grease a 9 by 5-inch loat pan; set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mash bananas; you should have about 1 cup
  4. Beat in sugar, then egg and butter.
  5. In an-other bowl, , stir together flour, salt, and baking soda; add to banana mixture and stir just until all flour is moistened.
  6. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes

Notes

Tip: line pan with parchment paper for easy lift out.
