Deal Fanatic was born from a nudge by a sweet friend. Her passion for things she loves brought me to where I am. Along with the very simple fact that times are just tough. And truly they have been for my family for a while now. I am a wife to “my dream” husband, mommy to girl & boy almost 4 year old twins and keeper of everything organized. I am a happy person when everything is organized. My dear friend who re-started me coupon shopping created a coupon blog and I began reading, clicking, and RSS’ing all of these great sites that I loved to find the best deals on a weekly basis. But I wanted a place to organize all of my finds in one place.

Everything on my blog to date is done by myself and my husband, out of shear “frugalness”. However, I have a plan! Do you remember when Wal-Mart or Fred Meyers came out and we all thought, “how great, a one stop shopping place where you can find everything”? I loved these super stores for that purpose. We are busy families with lot’s to do and the key to my happiness is to put everything I need in one place.

I love a good deal just like the next person.
