Trader Joe’s Shopping List
I am lovin Trader Joe’s, and did you know they take Manufacture coupons? Yeppers they do. I went in today to pick up some item and to make a list for my sister who shops there for health reasons (who knows maybe the hubby will want me too also since he started P90X) this what I purchased/put on the list for my sister.

Trader Joe’s is different than more grocery stores. They do not put out a weekly flyer. Instead They publish a Monthly (or sometimes bi-monthly) Flyer that will showcase of the items on special for the month. If you are truly into eating healthy or love exotic foods, Trader Joe’s is great.
